Delivery Costs
We will deliver to anywhere in mainland UK for the cost of standard postage depending on weight (currently £3.99 minimum). Purchases should reach you in 2 -5 days.

We are happy to offer free local delivery within St.Albans, Harpenden, Redbourn, Wheathampstead and Radlett as a thank you for the support you are giving us by shopping local.
Returns
Waterers Menswear return policy lasts 15 days from date of purchase online. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Unless communication has been made in writing to enquiries@waterers-menswear.co.uk
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or refund the following items:
Gift vouchers
Under garments including socks
Any item not in its original condition or without original packing and labels attached, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Sale Items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. An email will be sent to confirm the refund
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only exchange items if we still have stock of the particular garment. Please send an email to enquiries@waterers-menswear.co.uk as soon as possible, stating your concern and we will endeavour to rectify the situation
Postage and Packing
To return your product, you should post your product to: WATERERS MENSWEAR 5 HIGH STREET, ST ALBANS, AL3 4ED UNITED KINGDOM,or deliver it in person to the store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the original postage will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are posting an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
